Health Guarantee

Thank you for purchasing one of our fur babies. We have made every effort to assure that you receive a quality puppy. We wish nothing ever went wrong, however with every living creature, certain health risk potentially exists in any given puppy which is beyond our ability to diagnose, predict or control. While we can’t guarantee that your puppy will never have a health issue, we can promise we do our best to provide you with a healthy fur baby.

We will guarantee your puppy up to 3 days against viral diseases. Should your fur baby be found to have a contagious disease or illness, we will provide you with reimbursement of reasonable and customary for vet bills up to the price of a puppy. Shipping expenses and crate will never be included. Buyer agrees to not subject the Dog to a SNAP Parvo test and acknowledges that a SNAP Parvo test is inaccurate and unreliable as an indicator of Parvo. In the unlikely event of the death of the Dog in the first two (2) business days following delivery, and Buyer seeks an exchange for a different Dog as provided herein, a necropsy report prepared and signed by a licensed veterinarian stating that the cause of death was due to a defect covered by this guarantee is required to be delivered to Seller within five (5) business days of death.

New puppy Vet Exam

The puppy must be vet checked by a vet within 3 business days of receiving the puppy to make this guarantee valid. You must contact Alisa Breedlove Immediately and send copies of abnormal results, test and exam (apart from any imperfections that was made known at the time of sale) Your new fur baby will also be guaranteed up to, no more than (1) year from purchase date against Life threatening genetic defects by 2 licensed veterinarians, you must contact Alisa Breedlove and send proper documentation, test results and diagnosis, ect. Once this is received and reviewed by our Veterinarian’s, the buyer will have the option of bringing the puppy back in exchange for another puppy of equal or lesser value, or reimbursement (whether in part or full) will be provided by Alisa Breedloves discretion. At no time will your credit exceed the price of your fur baby. (shipping and crate are never refunded). Alisa Breedlove will never be responsible for any Veterinary bills you incur with your new puppy.

Cherry eyes
Hernias
Eye Entropia
Demodectic Mange
Undescended Testicles
Allergies
Heart worms
And any other Minor illnesses.

***Conditions***

1. No vaccines for the first 10 Days: Your fur baby will arrive up to date on vaccinations. To avoid over Vaccination, you should not vaccinate the puppy right after his arrival. Let your fur baby get settled in, so there is no complication’s.
2. Appropriate Exercise: All dogs need appropriate exercise. You should talk with your vet about appropriate amount of exercise per your puppy at each stage of life. Be sure not to over exercise.
3. Healthy diet: Your puppy will arrive with the puppy food it is currently eating. Nutri Source Puppy can be found online and where to purchase it at. If you plan to feed a different kind of puppy food be sure it is a good premium puppy food. You should gradually allow your puppy to acclimate to the new food.
4. No Breeding: There is no warranty expressed or implied that you will be able to use this fur baby for show or breeding purposes. (Even if purchased the fur baby with full breeding rights). Our fur babies are solely as a companion pet. After you retain ownership, it is your options to do otherwise. However, if you breed your dog, our health Guarantee shall terminate and become null and void. If you do not Neuter/Spay by 6 months of age, or as your vet feels is appropriate or our health Guarantee becomes null and Void.
5. Vet Care: We do not cover any vet expenses caused by injury, Accidents, Allergies, Neglect, or Mistreatment. As a responsible pet owner, it is up to you to make sure your fur baby gets proper vet care. This agreement does not reimburse for veterinarian care, or office calls, or vaccinations. All expenses medical or otherwise are the responsibility of the owner.
6. Size & Color: We do not Guarantee size or color of puppy as it grows. Color can change with growth of your puppy. Size can only be predicted by size of parents, but no guarantee.

Federal USDA and the state of Missouri Rules & Regulations govern all Warranties and Guarantee’s. All sales are considered initiated, transacted and finalized in Pulaski County, Missouri. All puppies will be examined by a licensed Veterinarian prior to pick-up or delivery. Shipping or crate expenses are never refunded. All expenses incurred medical or otherwise are the responsibility of the buyer.
